Hi, I have downloaded the code and tried to run it local and on dropbox, none of the locations did the index.html show me anything. Could you please provide an online Demo? Thanks.

There are several examples on my blog, which is linked in the readme: http://www.bjornblog.com/web/jquery-store-locator-plugin The plugin won't run out of a local directory, it needs to be on a local or remote web server.
