Move to the new C interface found in Oculus SDK 0.4 #9

The new SDK (v0.3.1) contains a brand new C interface. There also exists two different options for rendering SDK assisted rendering, and game rendering aka DIY-rendering.

0.4 SDK which support DK2 has been released！

This issue is now closed, since the preliminary 0.4 SDK integration has been performed. Specific features and bugs regarding the 0.4 SDK integration has to be reported as separate issues.
