CGS module causes haddock to fail parse #36

Try building docs with cabal. Compare with other modules to figure out how 
to fix.

This was due to cabal's unlit not behaving identically to haddock's. Not sure 
how this made sense to cabal devs, but by changing some non-haddock comment 
formatting the problem was worked around.
