Add imperical volume units #38

There are currently no default definitions for non-SI units of volume (gallon, 
cup, etc.).

Right. The need just hasn't come up yet. You are welcome to submit a patch with 
the units you need (add them to Numeric/Dimensional/Units/NonSI.lhs). Otherwise 
I'll add them when time permits.

I've added a handful of imperial volume units. Note that these are different 
from e.g. US customary and US legal (also not the same) unit. E.g. 1 imperial 
cup ≈ 1.20 US legal cups.
