Add elementary functions #5

Use the 'Floating' class as reference for what to implement (how complete
is it?).

This might resolve itself almost automatically if 'DimensionLess' is made
an instance of 'Floating' (most elementary functions are only applicable to
dimensionless quantities anyway).

Done by way of providing 'Floating' instance for 'Dimensionless'.
