Added [new]Vec<2,3,4>() and [new]Quat() Arguments and Returns #56

Thanks for doing this! This is better than what's there, but still doesn't include all the variants. To fix this, the arguments, returns, and variants info from the corresponding :set pages could be copied to these pages so that they match exactly. If you don't want to do this right now that's fine, I would still merge this since it's an improvement. Just let me know.

No problem ;) And yes, you are right, it does not include all variants and i had to just use the most common-looking ones (Also i didnt realize that you could just copypaste the code, and it makes a lot of sense but i didnt realize before, sorry ^^') I am not going to do that right now because i need to go work on other stuff, but i will do it someday when i find another bit of spare time, thanks for being so nice!

No worries, I might merge and do the improvement once I get time too, I guess I'll leave it open for now and we'll see who gets to it first
