I understand that jVectorMap is dual-licensed with an open source license and a commercial license.

Can the open source license be clarified, please?

The GitHub repository lists it as AGPL (with a change from GPL in 2015).

The license page on the jvectormap.com website lists GPL v3 as the open source license.

It seems to me that the website is probably out-of-date, but I just want to be clear here.

edit: Further, it seems the link to the commercial license full terms is broken.

It appears this project is abandoned, as I am looking at this project myself at the website and also noticed the broken licenses, but seeing you report it here I assume means it has been abandoned since the links haven't been fixed in 8 months and no updates to the project in like 4 years.

Does anyone have any updates on the licensing around this library ? We have attempted to get in touch with the author on several occasions to obtain a developer licence as we have a client project that requires this library.
