Rewrite JBC into Ticket to Branch #5

Epic Story

As a developer, I want a modern tool that can get tickets from a multitude of sources and create branches for them.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] it should be able to get tickets from Jira
[x] it should be able to get tickets from Github
[x] it should be written in Typescript
[x] it should be able to scale to get tickets from any modern ticketing system
