For the user, programmer or both?

Easiest way is to extract what is in the thesis report for both the user and programmer on usage. And skip the academic part.

I'm looking into grails doc command to see if the that is a good way to go. Markup is not too different as compared to Latex.

Perhaps better to use simple markdown (as GitHub does) so we wont have to rewrite the docs if we change platform in the future?

It should be possible to display the doc as HTML so we can present it to users that are currently using ReUDD.
