The last couple of times I've sat down and planned to do som work un ReUDD, I have instead spent a long time trying to get grails to run properly. I have finally grown tired of grails and think that it's time for a switch in frameworks.
I suggest that we start using Play Framework (http://www.playframework.com/) instead. It supports Java which allows us to get a quick start and hopefully much of the code can be transfered quickly.
I feel that this should be top priority. What are your thoughts on this?
