WebGIS.MapAction.Identify WFS support #5

WFS layer should be detected automatically

Should use WFS protocol - perhaps wait for more official support.

Result should be presented into a WebGIS.FeatureGrid or WebGIS.FeatureTree

Proposed names for result panels are now WebGIS.FeatureGridPanel and
WebGIS.FeatureTreePanel

Revised proposed classes for presenting attribute information, Idenfify should 
use
the proposed class WebGIS.IdentifyResultPanel as destination for its result.
