Thanks for an excellent work including useful stata code.

RE: Diabetes: The following ICD10 codes are not included in the classification: E106, E108, E109, E118, E119, E128, E129, E138, E139, E148, E149, which means that some patients with diabetes remain unclassified. What are your thoughts on this?

RE: Chronic other pulmonary disease: According to the paper "Chronic interstitial lung disease was moved to the chapter “Other chronic pulmonary diseases”. But the following ICD10 codes are not included in this category: J829 and J84. What are your thoughts on this?
