Histogram of methylation abundance for each CpG site on side of patterns

Consider this option for future versions.

We can compute the amount of methylation per CpC position by summing the read count for each pattern which is methylated at that position.

We could show this information in a histogram on the side of the patterns, perhaps the left side would be best since the width of the patterns is variable.
