Make colours selectable on the page #2

Colours for the histogram and the methylation patterns should be user-selectable on the page.

There's a lot of JS color pickers to choose from. Which one?

Does D3 have its own colour picker?

This is addressed in a7e4630f38ef3682cd314003f5bba306d9f02d45

I chose to use the color input from HTML5 which is not currently portable across browsers (doesn't work in IE, and maybe not yet in Safari). Works in Chrome and Firefox.

Not sure about brewer palette. Maybe another day.
