Histogram scale: raw count, log count, percentage of total reads #5

Allow the user to choose whether the histogram is displayed as raw count, log raw count, or percent of total reads.

This is solved by commit ab38ec123db5ce860e8dc201a05fb3e8cef313e8

We can show histogram units in absolute or percent, and we can use linear or log scaling.
