Table display in IE is not following a column layout #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the keywords page in IE fullscreen
2. Resize screen to a size smaller than the table

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The browser should just add a horizontal scroll bar to allow the user to
move across to see the table. Instead the table is placed below the left
panel and a scroll bar appears. This is very confusing to the user and
looks very ugly

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
