Minor issues: ResourceNotFoundException: Unable to find resource 'menuMacros.vm'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just load up the application

Application seems to work fine so far. But might be an easy fix to make. I
attach the log output so you can see.

Please provide any additional information below.

A separate issue perhaps worth mentioning: you can see in the log file with
the system trying to write the velocity log file in Tomcat's root. This
related thread might help: http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-5482 
This has an attached patch with as an example of how you could turn off the
logging for example, and thus avoid ever throwing that error.

Struts menu uses velocity. It might be worth replacing struts menu as this is 
one of
many issues that it has along with dynamic changing resources and sub-menus not
rendering properly.

The error mentioned does not affect usability of TongueTied.
