Add translation statistics by Bundle+Language

It would be extremely helpful to know for a given bundle, the percentage
translated for each language. 

When a project gets released for example in another language, it must be
100% translated. If new terms get added that haven't been translated yet,
these should be easily visible/searchable so that a user can go into the
system and complete these translations.

An additional status applied to the level of the bundle+language such as
translation=completed, started, new or something like that could also be
created indicating to users when their translations are ready to be exported.
