Create CRUD API of event #9

For now, since we plan to deprioritize authentication. We can use user_id = 1 or simply skip user_id and group_id fields while creating the event table.

hey @roshanbasnet, thanks for reaching out. You are very much welcome to contribute to this issue. I will assign this issue to you.

For now, we don't have contribution guidelines. This is something we plan to have as we move forward. I just created a #11 for it.
