Add job template file

Added in a template file within the classes folder

This will allow for Jobs to be created in Kubernetes

Hi, thanks for taking the time to create this PR! I'll try and find a way to incorporate this in my library rewrite

@bjw-s is there any progress on adding jobs to the library chart? in my case, i need jobs that run as post-install hooks.
