feat(common): Release v2.4.0

Defaulting image tags to chart.Appversion was removed without a proper alternative (#232)
Using RequestRedirect is not allowed with BackendRefs in Routes.
Updated some examples that were still using the old-style persistence.

Routes will no longer auto target a service. They will need to be explicitly defined as below
