Ready to release to CRAN (and NeuroC) I believe.

Getting

Found the following (possibly) invalid URLs:
  URL: http://rportal.mayo.edu/bir/ANALYZE75.pdf
    From: man/dicom2analyze.Rd
    Status: Error
    Message: libcurl error code 60:
        SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
        (Status without verification: OK)

@muschellij2 Apologies for not merging this last year, I've been pretty poor at maintaining these packages. I really appreciate the work you and your team at NeuroConductor have done to keep them up-to-date!
