This may already exist, but it is possible to start droidVNC-NG from boot and wake the tablet. I know that would require root, but I have a tablet that just sits sleeping on my desk and I'd like to be able to use it to do firmware update on a bunch of lights I have that use bluetooth. It's about 60 lights so the process takes a while and it's mostly just waiting so I would like to do it from home, hence the need for droidVNC to be always accepting connections.
