Is your bug report about the Desktop Multivnc or the Mobile MultiVNC?

Which MultiVNC version are you using?

App crashes when trying to connect to tigervnc on rasbian.

Does the same happen connecting to TigerVNC on an x86_64 box? Why do you mention protocol version 3.8 is needed? Can you please post some debug logs?
