Android: Added a preferred encoding item to the bookmark edit screen. #166

Priority encoding item added to the bookmark edit screen. Priority encoding will be used from the top. Unchecking the box will disable it. Disabling all will result in no compression.

We have a problem that the source code is not common between new and edit, so we only support edit.
