MultiVNC is a cross-platform Multicast-enabled VNC viewer based on LibVNCClient. The desktop client runs on Unix, Mac OS X and Windows. There also is an Android client.

user report: couldn't get the keyboard to open from the menu; if you long press the screen you get an icon to use keyboard, this worked for me. #173
Can repro on Android 12, works on earlier Android versions.
