[Bug] Show garbled characters when writing in Chinese #249

Describe the bug When writing an email in Chinese, the characters were correct while typing, but garbled when sent. Just find out that characters can be correctly showed in title, but not in the paragraph.

Seems like something is wrong with the character encoding. I'm using the update 1.7.4.0 downloaded from Microsoft Store.

The original text was 你好 , however it somehow became this: ä½ å¥½ This is really annoying, hope to be fixed soon.

Not sure. Weeks ago it was fine, but this problem showed again recently.

This is a different issue tho, and seems like it's only problematic in listings.

I have some of these examples of my own too, and it looks like it's mostly with odd encodings like gbk
