Game Support Request - Sonic Heroes [G9SE8P] #166

Sonic Heroes speedrunning has a vibrant and active emulator scene, and many players would love to be able to use m'overlay for it, as it's a very helpful resource for showing and explaining the various techniques involved.

I've got a decent bit of programming experience myself, and if you told me the stuff to look for and/or what was required to do, I could probably submit a pr with the added functionality.

Please let me know and thanks for such a great tool!

I've just written a PR, I hope that's everything that needs to be done for the overlay to function with the game.
