Add Naruto Rev3 PAL and Fix Rev3 US and GNT4/SCON4

This PR:

• Adds support for Naruto Rev3 PAL

• Fixes 4 controller support for Naruto Rev3 US (the controller structs were the wrong size).

• Fix 4 controller support for Naruto GNT4/SCON4 (some of the memory locations were invalid for controllers > 1)

Hmm actually, GNT4/SCON4 still seem to show a controller being disconnected. Let me look a little further

Ah nevermind, it's working. I just updated the application.love zip file incorrectly in my testing.
