Should we add a proper template language?

we are doing a bunch with just template literals here bc it's very easy to start but I had always intended to just switch to mustache or handlebars or something.. Would it be an improvement? Opinions on which?

No particular opinion from me. I feel like it’ll be about the same mental investment for me to adapt to whichever language we use, so pick your fave.
