I'm somewhat loath to do this. Different systems on the same platform can legitimately choose different models for interaction. Including just informative hints in HTML 4 was enough for browsers to get accesskey badly wrong, discussing "tab" navigation led people to assume Opera's keyboard navigation barely worked at a time it was better than screenreaders, …
Should we include suggested interaction models in the "User interfaces" section of the spec? It's non-normative.
