Rewrite script for Shanghai Metro #145

to ensure each app (excepting DD3?) starts automaticall

see commit from Chris Snowdon and Bertan for a new image app API

As much as I try, I am unable to make the YoutubeWall to start automatically. Not calling the functions within 'initControl', not calling 'playAll'...

Any thoughts?

Ok... Youtube videos are now autoloading, and the scenario has been updated! Thanks guys!

@davidbirchwork I need you to get the .json file for that scenario and commit that to Git (dev branch)

commit f6a5c31 implemented that. Once you deploy to prod and kpmg servers, the issue should be closed
