Data components are components with no HTML or CSS, In this issue, I will

• [x] Make a new data folder
• [x] Move the ecc component to the data folder
• [x] Make a component to just manage the data exchange with the API
• [x] Make a request for the username to be verified as unique If it returns as unique then allow the user to enter a password.
• [ ] Add linting with eslint
• [ ] Add Webpack
• [ ] Add Travis
• [ ] Pack dependencies for UTC File Store
• [ ] Pack dependencies for PGP Key Creation
• [ ] Create a new public and private key pair for EOS and PGP and encrypt them with AES before saving to local storage
• [ ] Allow the user to see their private keys so they can make a backup
