Reintroduce Swagger UI module #425

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Looks like Swagger finally got around to supporting OpenApi 3.1 https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui/issues/8401

So we can now reintroduce the swagger UI module.

Describe the solution you'd like Bring that Swagger back

Pretty surprised this works give that the spec won't actually be compatible with that openapi version. But if it works, it works

Closed and released in version 3.12.0
