Add Support for Sierra Wireless HL7588 #391

This issue is to request support for the Sierra Wireless HL7588 modem. It is a 4G LTE Cat 4 modem that is widely used for IoT/M2M applications.

You need to at least try EDL and get the HWID and Hash.

Do you mind walking me through that process and what specific commands? I was successful in performing Magic on an EM7455, so not a complete noob, but still really green at this.

I do have a HL7588 on hand with M-PCIe to USB adapter. and I am using the Live Linux image of EDL.

Put your device in EDL mode. Then from the command line just do edl.py (or edl, I forget how they name it now). It should print out info. Don't tell us your serial number.
