MTKClient log stuck at "None" #1024

The program is stuck at "None" when I connect my phone (Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G), only the CLI version works. I can use that, but I believe I need to flash a "preloader" file to unbrick my smartphone ("preloader_ruby.bin" in this case) however I can't seem to find an option to do just that despite it being present in the GUI interface back when it worked. The GUI version is stuck at "Handshake failed, retrying...". Any idea as to what's happening? It seems like I'm the only one on this entire planet with this issue.

It seems to be SLA and DAA protected, which is a dead end without having an exploit to bypass that.
