dependancy problem on windows ;-; #1281

i'd stuck here for 4 hours, already try to reinstall vscode multiple time and still not fix it (i already install msvc 142 and win10 sdk like you say but the error still the same), also add it to enviroment path and still this ;-;

OS: windows 10 version 19045 mtkclient newest version VSCode 2022 hope for support <3(bcs my phone have an important file on it but now the screen is dead, cann't access it via cable so i have to use this method but it required preloader.bin file) ;(

install openssl 1.1.1.4 problem will be solved
