Default display with pali hidden? #117

I might be wrong but I believe most people who are going to read the suttas on the website will do so in English for the HH translation and not primarily in Pali, and I have noticed that the Pali is automatically displayed by default but I think it could be more user-friendly to instead deactivate it by default.

Waiting for inputs to know if I should proceed

Good point. Let’s make English-only the default.
