Titles still side-by-side after toggling pali off #145

~~I just discovered the side-by-side formatting of the pages, it looks good, is it here to stay? If it is there is a small issue when toggling pali on and then off~~

Nevermind, it looks like it is a function that is supposed to be used only when pali is displayed, however for some reason I've been able to use it when pali was not showing and then, with this specific setup, it was freaking out when toggling pali on and off.

After further tests: it looks like there is an unwanted behavior when toggling pali on, then activating side-by-side formatting, then toggling pali off -> the side-by-side formatting seems to still be active and will format the next visited page incorrectly because of it and the issue previously stated will happen too
