Adapted my ubuntu setup to work on Mac OS.

I've also include a link to Windows instructions for a reverse proxy setup with IIS, but I haven't tested it yet.

Looks like you've had some productive hacking time on the hackmap! I bet we could bring some cross-platform uniformity and simplification to this by running nginx in Docker, I'll try setting up that way and raise a PR if I get it working smoothly.
