Update WU Agent #12

Win7 gold (no updates at all) can take more than 20 minutes just to check for updates.

Maybe this is because it has an old version of WUA.

I've hit a roadblock; Microsoft are not updating their link for the wuredist.cab

I added a comment to their page, we'll see if they do anything with it.
