Package SIMTOI for installation on Linux systems #102

To ease the installation method, we should develop installation packages for Linux (Debian, RedHat/CentOS) and, potentially, OSX. As of commit 3386755ab5f896e2392ff45d445a35b15385859f Debian packages can be created, but SIMTOI's shaders and liboi's kernels are not yet included.
