SIMTOI on Intel HD Graphics / Iris Pro on Linux #103

Due to a lack of interoperability between MESA OpenGL and Beignet OpenCL, SIMTOI will not function on Intel HD graphics or Intel Iris Pro devices on Linux (see #101 for Apple devices).

This bug has been filed against liboi and should be automatically fixed once changes are made there.
