Dialog to control included data #51

SIMTOI needs a dialog to indicate which data (Vis, V2, T3amp, T3phi) are being included in the fit. At present all data are included.

Note, this will require modifications to liboi.

The new add/remove data dialog was implemented in bbcdbd7232f0ab433aba5551a8b52e89ea683cfb. The remainder will have to wait until after the 2.0 release.
