Parameter names should be organized in hierarchical structure #55

The names of parameters exported from minimizers should follow some form of hierarchical structure so that two parameters with the same name don't get confused. For instance:

star.diameter
disk.diameter

These names should be determined by the GUI so that users can rename the objects, if so desired. Then the names could be:

F-star.diameter
disk.twice_radius
