Increase precision in GUI for some parameters #81

Some parameters, like the period or eccentricy in an orbit, need higher precision than the GUI permits. Perhaps the models themselves could specify the default precision needed for the parameters?

The necessary functionality for doing this is implemented in the CParameterMap class, but has not been propagated to the GUI in a6874afca1802992fe50c4abbf0477e80871f573.
