When I try to bower install, I'm getting prompted: 

Unable to find a suitable version for angular, please choose one:

    5) angular#>= 1.0.2 which resolved to 1.3.6 and is required by angular-ui-utils#0.1.1
    6) angular#>= 1.0.8 which resolved to 1.3.6 and is required by angular-ui-router#0.2.13
    7) angular#>= 1.0.7 which resolved to 1.3.6 and is required by angular-timer#1.1.9
    8) angular#1.3.10 which resolved to 1.3.10 and is required by angular-resource#1.3.10Prefix the choice with ! to persist it to bower.json

timer works if I pick option 7 - breaks with option 8
