Scheme Core implementation

Basically, a standard library for a language written in Scheme and loaded on startup.

How it's done in husk-scheme:

• primitive functions written in Haskell are located in https://github.com/justinethier/husk-scheme/blob/master/hs-src/Language/Scheme/Primitives.hs,
• these functions are exported to Scheme environment in https://github.com/justinethier/husk-scheme/blob/master/hs-src/Language/Scheme/Environments.hs,
• standard library written in Scheme is imported in https://github.com/justinethier/husk-scheme/blob/master/hs-src/Language/Scheme/Core.hs#L1037 using earlier defined primitives.

Required primitives:

• strings comparisons - <, <=, ==, >=, > and case insensitive versions
• num comparisons
• char-int conversions
• mod, quot, rem
• number? real? integer? boolean? char? list? string?
• string list conversion
• make-list
• car, cdr, cons
• eq? - is case class generated equality ok?
• simple io - read, display

Doable with other primitives:

• char toLower, toUpper
• bool and, or
• char comparisons

Nice to have but not really that useful:

• round, floor, ceiling, truncate
• exp, log, sin, cos, tan, sqrt
