Transaction amount not resetting for next month.

My transactions have reached 4,847. I waited for the next billing cycle, but the transactions have not reset. In the pricing it states that with the Bkper business plan, you get 5,000 transactions per month. Can anyone help with this?

Hi Shanna,

The billing cycle resets every 1st day of each month. Anyway I've went ahead and released for you with unlimited usage until next month, so you can continue working without interruptions, ok?

BTW, you can contact us directly from the in-app message support, so we can solve it even faster.
