Added Superblocks Lab under > ## Tools > #### General

[ ] Each link description starts with an uppercase character and ends with a period.
Example: solc-js - JavaScript bindings for the Solidity compiler.
[ ] Drop all the A / An prefixes in the descriptions.
[ ] Avoid using the word Solidity in the description.

Thank you for your contribution @Sacricarl! Apologies for the wait, I was travelling for work for the past 10+ days.

Once the two bullet points have been resolved we can get this merged :)
